A lot of people have nervousness. They can't explain it. It's like it's a nervousness that's happening. Even a nervousness in the pit of their gut, like they have a nervous stomach to the point where it gets a little out of control and then you have anxiety. That's a vagus nerve problem.
So the vagus nerves coming right here, coming off the brainstem.
So the vagus nerves that come off the brainstem and run through the body can cause a lot of annoying symptoms so many people suffer with.
So let's go over it right now.
Nausea, nervousness in the pit of the stomach.
So that one right there is so popular out there because there's so many people they can't describe it, but they have that.
And then there's panic attacks.
So many people struggle and suffer with panic attacks.
Their arms go numb.
Their hands go numb.
They feel their heart racing like this.
This is the vagus nerve causing that heart to race like that.
See, the panic attack is actually the vagus nerve.
It's causing that panic attack.
Now, there's a cause behind why the vagus nerve causes the panic attack, but it's still
the vagus nerves being involved in the panic attack.
So people go numb.
They can't breathe.
They hyperventilate.
Their whole body goes tingles and numbness everywhere, and they feel like they can't
even run if they want it to.
like it superseded the chance to even be able to run where they can't get to the next room
and they get paralyzed with a panic attack and even start to hyperventilate.
All this is signals coming down the vagus nerves into the chest, into the lungs, and into the heart right here.
See, what happens is, I'll show you the heart right now, the heart is connected to the vagus nerve.
And so when that heart starts to go like this during the panic attack, it's all wired in.
And then you can't get air in anymore into the chest because the vagus nerves are sending their little nerve endings into the lungs too.
So we can't get that air in.
And then you might be somebody that doesn't have the anxiety, doesn't have the panic attacks, but has the nervous stomach and the nausea where you just don't know why.
It's an unexplained nausea and you have it for quite a while and it goes even at the left side.
This is important right here to just know.
Maybe you know somebody with this.
Right on the left side, you can get the feeling it's your arm and neck.
But you think you might have had a heart attack, but you didn't, and you go to the doctor.
But it's this feeling where it's a nervousness that isn't just directly in the middle.
For a lot of people, it's one side, where it comes up one side of the body,
and it comes up that way, and they can feel it.
And it's a nervousness that's on one side.
It causes a lot of restlessness, and that's the vagus nerve issues too.
So as the vagus nerves come out of the brainstem, they're inflamed.
And when they're inflamed, we get these different symptoms.
So it's about getting that inflammation down.
